2. Counter-Notice
If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification. It must include your name, address, phone number, a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake.
